Will I be instantly covered?

We aim to get you covered by the date you have requested. All policies submitted online have to be checked before cover can start. If you have any questions or would like to check the progress of a policy, please call us.

How long will you hold a quote for?

We will hold a quote and keep the rate for 30 days after you have taken a quote online. After this 30 day period you will have to go through the process again.

Is your site secure?

Yes, once you enter the quote process you will be protected by high level SSL encryption to ensure your privacy and security is protected.

Will I be charged at the time of buying?

If you're paying by credit or debit card, you’ll be charged when you submit your policy.

What types of payment are accepted?

We can accept payment for the full amount by debit or credit card. Payment can also be spread over a year by direct debit as long as the premium exceeds £100.

  • Credit card: here is no extra charge made for credit cards.
  • Debit card: there is no extra charge made for debit cards.
  • Direct debit: The payment can be spread over 12 months. Interest charges are added to the price.
